Cut them off. No cure, just go get a trim. They happen because you've damaged your hair some way, either by chemical processing, or not conditioning it, or styling tools that use heat i.e. Blow dryers, flat irons, and curling irons.. Hope this helps. If you don't want to cut it, you could try using a smoothing serum, do some cholesterol treatments..
