I have long hair and I cut the split ends off by myself inbetween my 2-3 month hair cuts. I take a pair of sharp shears and go through my hair and find the split ends and cut them off about an inch above the damage. So why do the keep coming back? I have noticed on my bangs the most. I cut almost all of split ends off and now they are back and I just cut them like less than a mouth ago. I try my best to take care of my hair but the split ends will not stop coming!
